Location is fantastic. Close to beach, restaurants and shops in the heart of Wells. Service was great, friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was good, especially considering it's included in the room cost.The only complaint I have and it seems like a common hotel complaint, is the bed sizes. You pay for "two queens" but there's no way those beds were standard queen size. I know a full bed when I see one... Other than that, we had a great stay.
Stayed Friday night In 111 with my girlfriend. Very clean , and the staff was very nice. Although the people above us sounded like they were throwing bricks on the floor from 8pm - 10pm and then promptly started back up at 0530-0615.
First off Jones and Kayla were phenomenal! They truly exemplify what hospitality is. They were helpful and welcoming. Give them a raise! The hotel was beautiful, close to Wells Beach and Ogunquit Beach, the pool there was amazing, and the breakfast was top teir. I do not eat pork and they had turkey products for breakfast! My gf and I didn't want to leave lol. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. My only issue that wasn't really and issue is that the bathroom door in my room didn't actual latch. It locked but if you pushed the door it just opened, that is literally the only negative thing I can say about this place lol so that tells you how grear it was. We will be making this and annual visit until we move to Maine.
Good clean stop over essy on and off of 95. Nice room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little pool. Breakfast was adequate, good coffee.
If you are thinking about booking this Hotel when you visit Wells Maine , don’t think twice it’s alright ,just go ahead and book. The hotel was clean and new and we had a very welcoming check in. We checked in later at night after a long trip and Kayla was warm , welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean, quiet and the beds were really comfortable. We got great rest for the 3 night we were there. I especially liked that the shades completely black out the room just in case you sleep in. The pool was really clean and new and perfect. Great location near the beaches and across the st from the grocery store and gas station. Thank you Kayla and Holiday Inn we really enjoyed and are grateful for our stay at your hotel.
I really enjoyed my 4 day stay at the holiday Inn. It was a warm and welcome check in. Kayla was great and very personable and welcoming. Location is great near the beach and grocery store and gas station. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good a hotel and pool was very new and clean. What a great accommodation for my wife and I to stay at! Kayla and Judee were 2 outstanding front desk associates that we dealt with often! We had a medical situation and they provided us with the utmost care and flexibility. You don't anticipate a sober New Year's Eve to be eventful, yet we had several challenges. They were kind, respectful, and bent over backwards to help us in our moment of need! Bravo and thank you! Our room was spacious with a comfy bed and extra large pillows. The room safe and small ironing board were just right for our needs. Breakfast was so nice!! Beautiful mix of hot and cold items to choose from. Unique little pastries, hot oatmeal, and steam trays fresh and ready at 7AM! I loved making mini fresh pancakes on a conveyor belt. The entrance was decorated nicely and warmly for the holidays. The dining tables were kept clean and the counter by the hot water and coffee dispenser was spotless. Who has sugar and sugar free hot chocolate?? This was our first trip to this part of Maine so we wanted the dependability of Holiday Inn Express. When we do return? We will absolutely be staying here and look forward to Kayla and Judee being the faces of "Welcome Home" . Great stay stay #RockFromRI
Great location, close to Wells Beach. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Great value. Walls and floors were a bit thin, so you could hear the neighbors, but nothing that was unacceptable.
